Hamadi Bengabsia

Mr. Bengabsia is Vice President of CBS Tax Department in New York City and the president of North Hudson Islamic Educational Center, one of the largest Islamic centers in northern New Jersey. Mr. Bengabsia has been with CBS for eight years. Prior to joining CBS, he worked at Ernst & Young for eight years. He is a certified public accountant, holds an M.B.A. in accounting and a master’s degree in statistics and applied economics. Mr. Bengabsia is a member of AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and NYSCPA (New York Society of Certified Public Accountants). Mr. Bengabsia, has been an active board member of several local centers and schools as well as several relief organizations.

 Amir Memon

Mr. Memon is a Vice President at Advent International, one of the world’s largest and most global private equity funds. At Advent, Mr. Memon is actively involved in all facets of making investments in the industrial sector. Mr. Memon is on the Board of Directors at Distribution International, a leading supplier of industrial materials which Advent International acquired in December of 2014. Mr. Memon studied at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and at the Lauder Institute.

Sami Shaban

Mr. Shaban is currently a Corporate Attorney and founding partner of the SSJ Law Group. His practice focuses on Corporate Counsel matters, specifically in the areas of Corporate Law, Nonprofit Law, and Franchise Law. Prior to founding SSJ, Mr. Shaban served as chief of staff to the CEO of Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund. Prior to that, Mr. Shaban spent over a decade in management consulting for institutions such as Bank of America, Ernst & Young, and Credit Suisse. Mr. Shaban studied at Rutgers University and Seton Hall Law School.
